Terms, shipping and cancellations
Who is selling
The business is registered in Israel as an exempt dealer (osek patur) under the name Hadar Ben Eliyahu Weiss, dealer number 315708792. The same details appear on every receipt you receive. The work itself is made by Yitzhak Weiss.
Prices
The price on the site is the final price you pay. No VAT is added (an exempt dealer does not charge VAT) and there is no separate shipping fee, delivery is included. You receive a receipt for every payment.
Ordering and paying
Sending an order on the site is not a payment. I receive the order, confirm it with you, and send a secure payment link. The print only goes into production after payment.
Delivery times
A painting that has already been scanned ships within about 7 to 12 business days of payment. A painting marked as pre-order has not been scanned yet, and the first print from it includes a professional scan of the original, so delivery takes about three weeks. This is stated on the painting page before you order.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel an order by messaging me, under Israeli consumer protection law. Note that every print is made specifically for you after the order, and the law allows me to decline a cancellation once a piece is already in production. If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, write to me and I will sort it out.
Commissioned woodwork
A quote request is not an order and commits you to nothing. Every piece is priced separately, and terms are agreed with me before any work starts.
Your details
The forms on this site collect only what is needed to get back to you and ship your order: name, phone, shipping address, and email if you filled it in. The details are used by me alone to handle the order. They are not sold and not passed to anyone except the courier bringing your parcel. Want your details deleted? Write to me and I will delete them.
